Another technique to be used is the wrap around brick skin, this customers bungalow was of concrete fab construction. We began with a rear extension, we then insulated around the exterior to improve its efficiency and finally began the process of wrapping the whole property to incorporate the new extension and the already existing annex which was also of brick construction.

The rear extension was created to open the kitchen area of the bungalow. This was made possible due the customers extremely spacious garden. We were able to carry out works simultaneously for a well organised and time-effective build.

We removed the current windows to allow for the installation of new windows to the outer leaf of the newly constructed brick work. Due to the current build consisting of concrete fabrication the efficiency of the property was low. We were able to create a more aesthetically pleasing look with the wrap around whilst tackling a more practical issue of increasing the owners EPC rating.
