We made use of steels and structural timber to create this open space. Large steels have been installed into the gable end walls to take the weight of the roof once original bracing was removed. We are now left with a clear canvas to create the new upstairs layout.
Timber framework coming together for two new bedrooms, bathroom, and hallway. Stairs have been installed with downstairs storage incorporated. Velux windows installed. 1 st fix electrics and plumbing underway. Boarding and Plastering to commence.
Plastering and 2 nd fix electrics begin. This customer is a plumber by trade so he completed all of his own heating and bathroom works himself. We handed the project over at this stage so the customer could begin the painting and all finishings including flooring and lighting at their leisure.
