Extensions

This project is on the more complex side when it comes to extensions, this is because the property required a lot of steel works due to load bearing walls being removed to create to open plan modern look. We came up with an L-shape extension as we were limited with garden space, so with the use of bi-fold doors and velux windows we enhanced the natural light. We removed the corner of the building with a large RSJ to create a stunning open plan kitchen area along with removing other walls inside and installing RSJ's we have now created a complete open plan downstairs. This project took 9 weeks from the start until now.

Annex extension

This customer approached us with the aim to expand the property with small alterations inside to have an individual living space consisting of a kitchen living area, bedroom and full size bathroom.

Final results

The final result was putting a large extension on the side with a vaulted ceiling having the ridge beam on show to keep in line with the already country feel of the property. We also added velux windows to take advantage of the natural light whilst maintaining wall space. This project took 10 weeks from start to completion

Kitchen Installed

L shape shaken style kitchen installed with all works completed by our team from substructure, superstructure to internal finishings including all electrics, plumbing, joinery, fully tiled floor and painting throughout. We are yet to clad the exterior and complete the new sandstone patio around the perimeter.
